POMCTN is launching its first ever spring Education Day, to be held in Birmingham on Wednesday 1 May 2019. As well as the opportunity to provide and receive constructive feedback on future studies and network with fellow researchers across the UK, delegates will also have the opportunity to train in the fundamentals of trials methodology and focus on the key issue of obtaining informed consent in clinical trials.

Along with the presentation of major new trial proposals, small group interactive training sessions will include:

• Approaching the clinician
  
• Approaching the patient
  
• Approaching the family
